Before joining Nextier, Chidimma led market access strategies for Eli Lilly Pharmaceuticals in Nigeria’s Northeastern States, enhancing insulin availability and healthcare access through collaboration with various stakeholders. She also supports social impact organizations such as the Nigerian Economic Summit Group, Junior Achievement Nigeria, and Lotus Minds.

Chinelo Ugwu is a Policy Research Analyst at Nextier Advisory, with a strong background in sales management and policy development. She holds a bachelor’s in Biochemistry from Abia State University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from the National Open University of Nigeria, and a master’s in Business Management from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. With over eleven years in sales management, Chinelo excels in developing policy documents and fostering client relationships, particularly in Southeast Nigeria. She played a key role in the Enugu Investors Network meeting and led a study on primary health care in Enugu State. Passionate about reading and writing, Chinelo’s interests enhance her expertise in policy research.
