News Reports Two Notorious Lagos Traffic ‘Robbers’ Held by Joshua Biem January 22, 2024 Published by Joshua Biem January 22, 2024 3 Two alleged notorious traffic robbers have been arrested by operatives of the Lagos Police Command for terrorising motorists at the Orile end of the Lagos-Badagry Expressway. The suspects, Adura Babatunde, 28, and Tunde Omose, 20, were alleged to be part of an eight-man armed gang that attacked motorists at Orile Iganmu around 11:45pm on Saturday. The suspects were said to have invaded the road in commando-style, brandishing cutlasses, broken bottles, sticks and jackknives in order to rob the motoring public of their valuables. Police were said to have been notified and the DPO Ijora Badia immediately deployed operatives to prevent the manace.
