Godswill has a B.Sc in Mathematics and has notably developed a comprehensive database and mobile application for asset enumeration at AEDC (Abuja Electricity Distribution Company). Justina Adeiza is an experienced accountant with a strong background in financial management for both international and local development organizations. She has successfully managed grants and programs funded by USAID, MacArthur Foundation, the World Bank, Heinrich Boll Stiftung (HBS) Foundation, and the Canadian High Commission. Her expertise includes financial statement preparation, budget coordination, tax compliance, inventory management, and providing administrative support. With a BSc in Accounting and various certifications, Justina has also worked as a Business Manager, Human Resource Officer, Operations Officer, and Finance Manager in the private sector.

Michael Kpamber is an accomplished visual designer with a BA in Industrial Design and over eight years of experience. He excels in translating complex ideas into engaging content through motion graphics, video editing, animation, and graphic design. At Nextier, Michael leads the creative department, driving innovative design strategies and executing impactful promotional campaigns that enhance brand visibility and user experiences. Notable projects include developing the Nigerian Identity Toolkit and contributing to the Nigerian Automotive Design Competition for the NADDC.

Samuel is a detail-oriented data analyst with expertise in data collection and cleaning. He manages the Nextier Violent Conflict Database, ensuring data accuracy and tracking violent conflict data across Nigeria’s 36 states and the FCT, Abuja. With strong database management skills, he has handled data for organizations like UNICEF and IOM. Proficient in Python and SQL, Samuel transforms raw data into actionable insights, creating reports and dashboards that highlight key patterns to support evidence-based decision-making.

Omiesam Ibanibo holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Birmingham and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2021. She has extensive professional experience in navigating the legal complexities associated with emerging markets, including carbon markets. As a Legal and Policy Analyst, she actively builds relationships with key government stakeholders and represents clients in government events, including discussions on National Action Plans and Conference of Parties deliberations.

Omiesam also serves as the company secretary for the Nigerian Wind Energy Council and provides comprehensive project support on the United Kingdom Nigeria Investment Advisory Facility (UK-NIAF) programme.

Busayo is a Policy and Research Analyst at Nextier Power, holding a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Covenant University. She is dedicated to advancing socioeconomic development in rural African communities through impactful research and innovative solutions. Busayo’s work supports various projects for prominent organizations such as IFC, AfDB, UKNIAF, FCDO, GIZ, World Bank, USAID, and African Climate Foundation (ACF). She plays a key role in establishing and managing the Nigerian Wind Energy Council (NWEC) with support from the Global Wind Energy Council, ACF, and other local stakeholders. Additionally, Busayo has facilitated energy transition discussions with experts through The Electricity Hub’s Power Dialogue.
