From July 21 to 27,2024, Nextier’s Nigeria Violent Conflict Database recorded 13 violent incidents that resulted in 140 casualties (139 fatalities and one injured person) and nine kidnap victims. Despite a reduced violent incident count, the casualty count increased compared to the previous week.
