News Reports Police Nab Kidnapper In Adamawa by Joshua Biem April 3, 2024 Published by Joshua Biem April 3, 2024 6 The police have nabbed a kidnap kingpin, Roland Raymond, at the point of collection of ransom in Adamawa State.The suspect is a resident of Detti village, Ganye local government area of the state.Adamawa State police command spokesman SP Suleiman Yahaya Nguroje confirmed this to LEADERSHIP yesterday. Yahaya said the suspect was arrested following a report by Alhaji Yahya Congo and Abraham Paul, who stated that the suspect called them via phone and demanded the sum of N600,000 or risk being kidnapped. “Upon receipt of the complaints, the police in Ganye Division, in collaboration with hunters, swiftly mobilized and arrested the suspect at the point of collecting the demanded money,” he added.The PPRO said the suspect will be charged to court upon completion of investigation.
