News Reports Two Persons Kidnapped in Kwara Community by Joshua Biem July 14, 2023 Published by Joshua Biem July 14, 2023 3 Two individuals, a man and his father, have been reportedly abducted by a gang of kidnappers in the Isanlu Isin community in the Isin Local Government Area of Kwara State. The incident occurred at approximately 7:00 pm on Thursday night. The Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) of the state command, Okasanmi Ajayi, confirmed the incident. He stated that the state commissioner of Police, Ebunoluwarotimi Adelesi, has dispatched teams of policemen, supported by local hunters and vigilance teams, to the town to search for and rescue the abducted individuals. According to reports, the hoodlums attacked the victims and damaged their vehicles before taking them away. The victims have been identified as Deacon Femi Ajayi of the First Baptist Grammar School Isi, Isanlu Isin, and his father. A WhatsApp post by a relative of the kidnap victims expressed sympathy and concern, stating, “With deepest sympathy and a disturbing mind, I would like to inform you that a syndicate of kidnappers has occurred at Isanlu Isin, damaging the vehicle and taking away Deacon Femi Ajayi of First Baptist Grammar School Isanlu Isin and his father. Please pray for us and their safety.
