News Reports Vigilantes Kill 3 Boko Haram Fighters In Yobe by Joshua Biem January 18, 2024 Published by Joshua Biem January 18, 2024 17 The vigilante group fighters have killed three members of Boko Haram on Gonori Road in Gujba LGA of Yobe State. The Yobe State Commander of Vigilantes, Idris Buba, told Daily Trust the insurgents were killed while they were trying to cross Gonori to Katarko Road in the night. According to him, the insurgents killed one vigilante and injured one other when they stepped over an explosive device planted by the insurgents. He said the incident happened in Katarko village when the vigilantes were on patrol with soldiers.
